INNOVATION
My primary goal was to increase revenue by increasing ticket and food sales and grow the customer base while keeping prior customers
INCREASING ONLINE TICKET SALES
To increase online ticket sales I redesigned the website with this goal in mind. Through simplifying the process to redirect customers to the buy tickets page and displaying information in easier to comprehend formats, online ticket sales increased by over 60%.
INCREASING FOOD SALES
I started a texting program that gives customers one free popcorn if they spend $25 at the concession stand and sign up to receive weekly text alerts. Overall the program resulted in increased spending of 36% for each concession transaction. The text alerts program has over 6,000 customers signed up today.
To increase food sales I created an advertisement which is played before the movie starts that showcases the vast majority of the concession menu. Additionally, I recently started a program that gives customers a free popcorn if they spend $20 at the concession stand and have signed up for our texting list. Due to this implementation the average concession transaction increased by $0.39.

ACQUIRING AND RETAINING CUSTOMERS
To acquire and retain new customers I answered thousands of questions and inquiries through Facebook Messenger. Since January 2020 I read and processed messages from over 4,00 people. Additionally to reengage customers I designed and ran several promotions such as give-aways, photo contests, and partnering with local companies to offer unique experiences.
Socially, to continually engage and grow the customer base I posted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and created a texting program that has over 6,000 customers.
